Terms & Conditions

By checking the box next to this Terms & Conditions, and clicking the “Purchase” button, or signing this agreement, you, the purchaser of the Design Dropship Academy outlined below (hereinafter “You” or “Client”) agree and willingly purchase entry into this program to be provided with services rendered by (hereinafter “Design Dropship Academy”, “DDA”, “Owner”), and you agree you are voluntarily entering into a legally binding Agreement with Design Dropship Academy (aka “Decor A List Ltd.), inclusive of the following terms and conditions mutually agreed upon:

For good and valuable consideration of £2,895 or 3 payments of £965. If this payment plan option is selected, the Client is electing to purchase the Design Dropship Academy (hereinafter “DDA”). In exchange, Design Dropship Academy agrees to provide the services outlined in the Program Details below and Programme Outline Addendum.

1. Program Outline.

1.1 Client agrees and understands that he/she is purchasing the Design Dropship Academy (“DDA" or “Program”) by Decor A List Ltd, a signature program whose content is delivered in full if paid in full and weekly if paid via the monthly payment plan. Created by entrepreneur and interior designer, Catherine Cornelissen, DDA is one of the most comprehensive and advanced home and garden dropshipping programs online. Whether you’re a staging pro or just starting out, DDA will cover the primary strategies Decoralist has used in order to hit their six figure annual goals.

 1.2 Client acknowledges that he/she has read the Program Outline Addendum and conducted any additional research necessary to feel he/she understands what is being provided in DDA as well as what is not included. Client agrees to be bound by the Terms & Conditions outlined herein, as well as the general policies and procedures that can be found in these Terms & Conditions and on DDA’s website.

1.3 If at any time Client is found to be disruptive, making disparaging or defamatory comments about the Program, DDA or Catherine Cornelissen, or otherwise negatively impacting Program for others and hindering or distracting other Clients from their own success, DDA reserves the right to remove such Client, without refund. Client understands this, and knows this is a risk if he/she elects to act in such an inappropriate manner. Client agrees this is a suitable remedy and action should he/she act in any of the ways outlined above.

2. Non- Disclosure

2.1 Client understands that one of the primary elements in purchasing DDA and learning from Catherine Cornelissen is the benefit of obtaining expert guidance, teachings, materials and exercises that have given Decoralist its massive success. Following Client’s participation in this program, Client will have gained access to various trade secrets and personal intellectual property of Decoralist, including but not limited to materials such as verbal advice, mindset guidance, written templates, modules, technical information, business advice, and/or other information that may have become available for use through Client’s participation in DDA. Client understands and acknowledges that this information is not to be openly shared with others who have not participated in DDA, without permission from Design Dropship Academy, DDA or Catherine Cornelissen personally.

2.2 Client agrees not to share, copy, or distribute any documents or other proprietary information obtained through DDA, and agrees that he or she will be in violation of these Terms & Conditions if he or she uses any of the Content outlined as his/her own material, or repurposes and uses the Content in his/her own business as a product or service being offered for sale, without express written permission of Design Dropship Academy. The Client also understands and agrees he/she will not disclose or use any information provided to Client as part of her membership in DDA, other than for personal use in her own business and social media accounts without prior written permission from Design Dropship Academy.

2.3 If the Client is found to be promoting their services in competition to Design Dropship Academy, e.g. Interior Design Dropshipping Coaching, Mentoring, Courses or Masterminds we reserve the right to terminate the user’s access and use of the site without discussion.

3.4 If the Client is found to be copying the brands represented, copy, marketing materials or any other digital asset on Decoralist (Decor A List Ltd), we reserve the right to terminate the user’s access and use of the site without discussion. We also reserve the right to sue for Copyright Infringement. 

3. Testimonials

3.1 The Client understands and agrees that any and all commentary provided on public social media profiles including those belonging to Design Dropship Academy may be published and used as testimonials by Design Dropship Academy. Client gives Design Dropship Academy a non-exclusive licence to use the copy as written on the social media profile, in the email, or otherwise, and repost on Design Dropship Academy social media channels, in advertisements for DDA, or other similar channels for the specific purpose of promoting and showcasing DDA client results.

3.2 If the Client chooses to write about positive experiences in DDA, the Client understands the material, along with Client’s name and other identifying information, will likely be published on Design Dropship Academy website, social media, or otherwise. No payment or additional services will be provided in return for Testimonial, and Client understands he or she is granting Design Dropship Academy. an unlimited, irrevocable licence in perpetuity to use, publish, distribute, or repurpose any information provided to Design Dropship Academy as part of a Testimonial.

4. Payment & Payment Plan

4.1. A one-time payment of £2,895 payable up front and in full; or three payments £965 totalling £2,895. If the three month payment plan option is selected, the Client understands that DDA content will be dripped out over the full three months period.

4.2 The Client agrees to render payment via credit card on Design Dropship Academy and checkout page for DDA. The Client understands he/she is responsible for the full payment and agrees to pay the sum requested electronically, via Design Dropship Academy website or a designated third-party payment processor of Decor A List Ltd choosing, in full.

4.3 The Client understands the cost of the program is payable in full, or via a three month payment plan option, which Client will select at the time of purchase.

4.4 If Client elects to purchase DDA via the offered payment plan, the Client agrees to abide by the rules and payments as explained in this legally binding contract. The Client understands and agrees that following the first payment, subsequent payments will be automatically deducted utilising the same mode of payment that was used to make the initial payment. Should the Client fail to make timely payments, or if additional payments are not able to be processed, the Client understands: (1) the Program may be forfeited if payment is not made within six days of the date it is due, and (2) Client will owe a £200 / $250 late fee if he/she has not made the appropriate payment after the six day grace period. Client’s decision to cease use of DDA for any reason does not eliminate Client’s responsibility to complete the payment plan as agreed upon. Payment in full is required regardless of personal circumstance, use, happiness with product, or results.

4.5 Design Dropship Academy reserves the right to cancel Client’s access to DDA should he/she fail to make additional payments in accordance with the payment plan as agreed upon. Should this occur, Client understands she is not entitled to a refund of funds already issues to Design Dropship Academy in exchange for work completed thus far, and it is up to the sole discretion of Design Dropship Academy whether Client is to have continued access to any materials made available to Client during the Program up until payments were missed.

4.6 If Client and Design Dropship Academy have not agreed upon a payment plan, the Client understands one is not available, and agrees to provide payment in full, upfront, in the manner(s) designated on Design Dropship Academy sales page.

4.7 At the full discretion of Design Dropship Academy, if in agreement to cancel the Client’s payment plan, an admin fee of £299 / $380 will be charged.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 DDA is non-refundable, for any reason whatsoever except in the following cases:

5.1.1 10 Day Refund. The Client may request a full refund (“Refund”) from Design Dropship Academy of the Payments You paid within thirty (30) calendar days following the Effective Date (“Refund Period”). In order to qualify for a Refund, the Client must deliver to Design Dropship Academy during the Refund Period proof that the Client did the work required for DDA, including, but not limited to: (1) Screenshots showing proper execution of the course teachings; (2) Copies of all completed homework assignments; (3) Proof of active participation in the Design Dropship Academy Private Members Community; and (4) Screenshots showing the Client’s completion of the entire Design Dropship Academy (collectively, “Proof”). The Client must submit the Proof to the Owner in writing by email to [email protected]. If the Owner is satisfied, in its sole discretion, of the Proof provided, the Owner will deliver the Refund to the Client within ten (10) calendar days following receipt of all of the Proof. If the Client fails to deliver the proper Proof during the Refund Period, the Client waive any rights to any Refund herein.

5.2 Chargebacks. The Client agrees to request a refund prior to requesting a chargeback with your financial institution. In the event you attempt to acquire a chargeback, you will forfeit access to products and services from and by Design Dropship Academy. We may present proof of your consent to these Terms & Conditions and your access to the products and services to the financial institution.

5.3 Due to the subjective nature of the Program provided by Design Dropship Academy and Design Dropship Academy’s inability to control Client’s availability, motivation, external forces, financial situation, or level of engagement in Program, Design Dropship Academy is not able to offer refunds once the Client has purchased the program. Please conduct any and all necessary research to determine if DDA is right for you prior to purchasing. All purchases are final, and Client is responsible for the full payment of all program fees, whether or not Client completes the program.

6. Licence 

6.1 Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the Program’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may not:

6.1.1 Modify or copy the materials;

6.1.2 Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

6.1.3 Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Program’s web site;

6.1.4 Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

6.1.5 Transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.

6.2 This licence shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Design Dropship Academy at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this licence, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

7. Voluntary Participation

7.1 Client understands and agrees that he/she is voluntarily choosing to enrol in DDA and is solely responsible for any outcomes or results. While Design Dropship Academy believes in its services and that DDA is able to help many people, You as the Client acknowledge and agree that Design Dropship Academy is not responsible, nor liable to Client should Client sustain any injuries, incur harm, or encounter any negative ramifications. Client agrees that he/she is fully responsible for his/her health and well-being, including participation in DDA and any results therein, and agrees that any decisions to implement strategies, tactics, and information contained within DDA is solely the responsibility and decision of Client.

7.2 Client Behaviour. While the Client is allowed to express his/her opinion regarding DDA, should the Client make any false or disparaging comments to other members of DDA, or otherwise publicly speak negatively about Design Dropship Academy or Catherine Cornelissen, or any other member of Design Dropship Academy, the Client may be removed from the DDA community immediately. Design Dropship Academy places the utmost importance on community and positivity, and in order to preserve community standards and experience for other members, a customer who cannot abide by this may lose his/her access to the community. 

7.3 The Client understands that any extensive negativity or similar disruption to the DDA community in this way may result in removal from the Program and all relevant communities, with no refund.

8. Disclaimer

8.1 Client understands that he or she must actively participate in the full Program in order to see results, and even then, specific results are not guaranteed. While many of Design Dropship Academy past and current clients have experienced wonderful benefits from DDA, and Design Dropship Academy and its team will act in their full capacity to ensure your success and happiness in DDA, Design Dropship Academy cannot guarantee results of DDA, and cannot make any representations or guarantees regarding individual results. Client will hold Design Dropship Academy and DDA harmless if he or she does not experience the desired results.

8.2 Earnings Disclaimer: Design Dropship Academy also does not make any guarantees or assurances regarding a particular financial outcome based on use of Program, nor is Design Dropship Academy responsible for Client earnings, or any increase or decrease in finances based upon information within DDA. Any information or testimonials regarding past or current clients’ participation in DDA or working with Design Dropship Academy contained on Website or in sales material that contain financial information are individual, and results may vary. Design Dropship Academy is not able to learn and assess all clients’ businesses, personal sales models, and strategies outside DDA and as such, have no way of ensuring that DDA will work or be applicable to all individuals or businesses. It is your job as the consumer to assess whether DDA will be right or beneficial for you, and is in no way the responsibility of Design Dropship Academy, Catherine Cornelissen or anyone else associated with Design Dropship Academy.

8.3 Client understands that all services provided by Design Dropship Academy in connection with the Program being purchased are provided on an “as is” basis, meaning it is without any guarantees, representations, or warranties, including but not limited to warranties relating to quality, non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or expectation or course of performance. Client is choosing to purchase this Program and work with Design Dropship Academy on a purely voluntary basis and does not hold Design Dropship Academy or Program responsible should Client become dissatisfied with any portion of the Program.

8.4 Client agrees that he/she does not have a cause of action, legal remedy, and is not entitled to a refund should he/she not achieve the results desired following completion of the program, as long as Design Dropship Academy delivers the Program as described in Paragraph 1 above, or similar substitutes, upon additional agreement by Design Dropship Academy.

8.5 Client agrees to hold Design Dropship Academy harmless should any physical, emotional, or financial injury occur as a direct or indirect result of use of DDA. The content provided by Design Dropship Academy on his/her website and within DDA is information that has worked for Decoralist and other clients, and may or may not be useful to Client in his/her personal business or life. Client understands Design Dropship Academy cannot guarantee results from this Program, and has no expectation of a specific result that he or she holds Design Dropship Academy responsible for.

9. Intellectual Property

At any point, the Client is not permitted to:

9.1 Copy, edit, distribute, duplicate or steal any information or any Content obtained through Program without written permission by Design Dropship Academy and/or;

9.2 Post, distribute, copy, steal or otherwise use any portion of the Program or its content, or information obtained via other members in the group Program without written permission by Design Dropship Academy, and understand that any such use may constitute copyright infringement, which may give rise to a cause of action against Client and/or;

9.3 Claim any content created by Design Dropship Academy as part of the Program or otherwise given to Client is his/her own, meaning he/she cannot claim any content created by Design Dropship Academy was Client’s work, and use in his/her business as his/her own and/or;

9.4 Share purchased materials, information, content with others who have not purchased them.

9.5 The Client further acknowledges and understands that any such actions including but not limited to those outlined above will likely constitute copyright infringement and/or theft of our work, and a violation of this Agreement and the law.

9.6 The Client agrees and understands that Design Dropship Academy has created numerous original, creative works in connection with the Program, and agrees that Design Dropship Academy maintains all copyrights, licences and other intellectual property rights in all original or derivative content associated with or included in the Program, whether created prior to working with Client or specifically for Client, including but not limited to: videos, modules, documents, charts, emails, graphs, products, systems, processes, handouts, worksheets, copy for social media posts, website or sales pages, and any other original work created by Design Dropship Academy. 

9.7 The Client agrees he/she may be granted a limited right to use selected materials in the course of his or her own business, but understands that the original proprietary rights remain with Design Dropship Academy. Nothing in this Agreement shall constitute a transfer of ownership of any Intellectual Property from Design Dropship Academy to Client, nor grant any licence to use the information, other than that which is expressly provided throughout the course of the Program.

9.8 The Client agrees and understands he/she is not to copy, repost, alter, publish, sell, assist others in selling, manipulate, distribute, or in any way exploit any of the content or intellectual property provided by Design Dropship Academy or obtained through working with Design Dropship Academy, without Design Dropship Academy express written consent. If such behaviour is discovered or suspected, Design Dropship Academy reserves the right to immediately end Client’s participation in the Program without refund, as well as access to any program or materials Client may have purchased, without refund, and reserve the right to prosecute any actionable infringement or misuse to the full extent of the law.

11. Indemnification

Client agrees at all times to defend, fully indemnify and hold Design Dropship Academy and any affiliates, agents, team members or other party associated with Design Dropship Academy harmless from any causes of action, injury, illness, misunderstanding, damages, losses, costs, expenses incurred as a result of Client’s use of Program, as well as any third-party claims of any kind (including attorney’s fees) arising from his/her actions as a direct or indirect result of Client’s participation in Program. Should Design Dropship Academy be required to defend herself in any action directly or indirectly involving Client, or an action where we decide Client’s participation or assistance would benefit Design Dropship Academy’s defence, the Client agrees to participate and provide any evidence, documents, testimony, or other information deemed useful by Design Dropship Academy, free of charge.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Should a dispute arise between Design Dropship Academy and Client, the parties agree to attempt to resolve by good-faith negotiations and discussions. (Client agrees that failure to see results is not a basis for a “dispute” and agrees he or she does not hold Design Dropship Academy responsible for any specific results, or those results which have been achieved by other clients of Design Dropship Academy.)

12.2 If unable to reach a resolution informally, Client and Design Dropship Academy agree that all disputes will be submitted for Arbitration by a UK arbitration association. Client and Design Dropship Academy agree to participate in the arbitration process in good faith and in a manner that will effectively and efficiently resolve the dispute at hand, including the exchange of any materials, documents, or information. The decision made by the arbitrator is to be final and binding on both parties, and is not to be appealed or otherwise set aside. It is to be enforceable in any court of proper jurisdiction as a judgement of law or decree.

13.Applicable Law​

This Agreement shall be governed by and under control of the laws of The UK regardless of conflict of law principles, and regardless of location of Client. Client understands this and agrees that the laws of The UK are to be applicable here.

14. Program Outline Addendum

14.1 The Client understands, acknowledges and agrees he/she is purchasing Design Dropship Academy (DDA) by Decor A List Ltd. Once the Program is purchased and all Agreements are agreed to, the Client will have access either to the complete course, or weekly to each module, depending on their Payment method.

14.2. As outlined on the sales page:

• Modules: Design Dropship Academy will make available sixteen (16) core modules, to be delivered upon purchase of the Program. Although designed to complete in order at the Client’s own pace, the Client may work through the modules as he or she sees fit once accessed. These Modules are intended to release proprietary information created by Design Dropship Academy for personal benefit of the Client. The Client agrees and understands that he/she is not to share, copy, distribute, or otherwise use (other than that which is expressly allowed) the information provided to her as a result of her participation in DDA. 

15. Coaching Clinics

15.1 The Client accepts full responsibility to attend 1:1 Coaching Clinics with Catherine Cornelissen via booking links provided, and must attend fully prepared, 5 minutes prior to agreed time.

15.2 The Client understands that no refund will be provided for any calls that Client is unable to make after scheduling. If the Client needs to reschedule a 1:1 Coaching Clinic, they may do so 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time.

15.3 The Client understands that no refund will be provided for any calls that Client does not book within their first 12 weeks of joining DDA.

15.4 THe Client understands that she/he can communicate with the Design Dropship Academy coaches via the Private Members Forum. We personally endeavour to reply in a timely manner, however please allow up to 48 hours (Monday to Friday).

Client has carefully read this Program Outline and acknowledges that he/she is aware of what is, and what is not included within this Program. Client is aware that this Program Outline includes everything included within the Program. If Client expects additional information, products, services, or other information to be provided in this Program but does not see it here, Client understands it may not be included. Design Dropship Academy is under no obligation to provide anything other than what is listed above, with the exception of updated or ever-changing Bonuses offered for limited periods of time. No edits or amendments may be made to this Program Outline Addendum without express written consent of both parties.

By completing the online purchase and being charged the amount listed above, Client confirms he or she has reviewed this Program Outline, completed any and all appropriate additional research, and asked any and all necessary questions of Design Dropship Academy and his/her team in order to feel appropriately educated of the Program and product/service being offered. Client understands he or she will not be entitled to a refund once completing this purchase for any reason, other than as discussed above.
