Founder of Design Dropship Academy & CEO of Decoralist
An entrepreneur, mother and business educator who turned a genuine love of interior design into a multi-six-figure business — and then built a programme to help other women do the same.
I didn't come from e-commerce. I didn't have a business degree. What I had was an obsessive love of interior design — the kind where you spend your Sunday afternoons rearranging rooms that don't need rearranging, and your Pinterest boards overflow with spaces that take your breath away.
When I discovered dropshipping, something clicked. I could build a curated interior design store that was a genuine extension of my aesthetic — without the risk of buying stock, without a warehouse, without the overhead of a traditional retail business. So I built Decoralist.
The early days were messy. I made every mistake you can make. I spent weeks trying to figure things out that could have been solved in an afternoon with the right guidance. I searched for a course that would teach the intersection of interior design and e-commerce — and found nothing that truly spoke to what I needed.
"Allow my hindsight to be your foresight. That's the whole point of DDA — to save you the months I wasted figuring it out alone."
So I built it myself. Design Dropship Academy is the course, community and coaching programme I wished existed when I started. Every module is built on what actually worked inside a real, running business — not theory, not content created in a studio, but hard-won knowledge from years of building Decoralist.
Today DDA members are building beautiful businesses — some from scratch, some as an extension of their existing interior design practices. Women are replacing incomes, launching on their own terms, and building something genuinely theirs. That is the part that drives me every single day.
DDA teaches what has actually been done inside a real business — not aspirational theory. Every lesson is grounded in lived experience.
The interior design market is vast. DDA members support each other, share wins openly, and genuinely root for each other's success.
The goal isn't just revenue — it's a business that supports the life you want to live. Location independence is built into the model from day one.
Everything taught inside DDA has been tested inside Decoralist — Catherine's own interior design dropshipping store, which generates multi-six-figures annually.
There is no separation between the course content and the lived reality. When Shopify changes, DDA updates. When new marketing strategies emerge, DDA tests them first.
This is what makes DDA different: the mentor is still in the arena.
Start with the free masterclass or go straight to the full programme. Either way, you're one step closer to the business you've been imagining.
